About the Role

Tantech LLC is looking for a
Full-Time Marketing Executive
to join our growing team. This is an onsite role suited for a hands-on marketer who is passionate about branding, digital marketing, and lead generation. You will work closely with the founder and internal teams to strengthen Tantech's market presence and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and support company marketing and brand-building initiatives
  • Manage and assist with social media activities (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • Coordinate with content creators, designers, and recruitment teams
  • Support lead generation campaigns, outreach activities, and follow-ups
  • Assist in maintaining and updating website content and marketing materials
  • Track basic marketing performance metrics and prepare reports
  • Work closely with leadership on marketing execution and campaign planning

Required Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing (digital, branding, or offline marketing)
  • Basic understanding of social media marketing and brand communication
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (English required)
  • Willingness to work onsite, full-time
  • Self-driven, execution-focused, and eager to learn
