Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Sales and Marketing Executive who can contribute to our brand's growth story. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about working in a startup environment, have strong business acumen, and be capable of understanding diverse industries to drive impactful sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and manage existing client relationships effectively.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities, competitors, and trends in the interior design industry, and implement strategic initiatives to drive the growth of Kasa Design Studios. Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals and project quotations to clients.
  • Collaborate with design, execution, and management teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Analyze market dynamics to identify pros and cons of trends, pricing, and strategies in the interiors market.
  • Attend exhibitions, events, and networking sessions to promote the company's brand.
  • Maintain accurate client records, reports, and performance metrics.
  • Negotiate effectively to close deals and maintain long-term business relationships.

Requirements:

  • MBA in Marketing from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 1 -2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (experience in interiors, design studios, construction, or any related industry preferred).
  • Proven record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ( English, Telugu & Hindi).
  • Analytical ability to identify pros and cons in market and business strategies.
  • Must possess a valid driving license and be comfortable traveling for client meetings.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment and contribute to long-term organizational growth.
