Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role (preferably in solar or renewable energy sector).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and deliver suitable product solutions.
  • Knowledge of solar systems, power products, or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Goal-oriented, confident, and self-motivated with a strong sales drive.
  • Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluent in Telugu, English, and Hindi preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers for solar and energy solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs.
  • Present and promote company products and services professionally.
  • Follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and close sales deals.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Manager and Marketing team for campaign execution.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales reports.
  • Participate in on-site visits, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure timely project handover to operations team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹30,153.57 per month
