Job Description:

⦁ Support the sales team by managing day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.

⦁ Handle customer communication through phone and email, including order taking and follow-ups.

⦁ Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare sales reports as required.

⦁ Coordinate with the production and logistics departments to ensure timely dispatch of materials.

⦁ Follow up with clients regarding payment collection and address any queries or concerns.

⦁ Develop new customer leads through internet research and cold calling.

⦁ Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely support and information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
