Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Franchise Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and onboard franchise partners across designated regions in India. The Franchise Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in expanding our footprint and ensuring the growth of our franchise network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify potential franchise partners in alignment with company growth strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of prospective franchise partners, including financial viability, operational capability, and alignment with company values.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of franchise agreements in collaboration with legal and business development teams.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new franchise partners, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchise partners to maximize operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of franchise partners against established KPIs and benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with marketing and training teams to facilitate the launch and ongoing marketing efforts of new franchises.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in franchise acquisition, business development, or sales within the banking, broking or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of franchise business models, financial metrics, and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of initiative and urgency.
  • Proficiency in analytical bent of mind with numbers, MIS reports, MS Office suite and social media.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the banking or broking sector in India.
  • Existing network of contacts in the franchise or financial services industry.
  • Certification in franchise management or related field.
