We are seeking a Franchise Sales Executive to join our team in Mumbai. This Full-Time position requires a motivated professional with 1 to 3 years of work experience. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in franchise sales and consulting to expand our client base and drive growth.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must possess strong franchise sales expertise (Mandatory skill) to drive new business opportunities effectively and meet targets.
  • Franchise consulting skills (Mandatory skill) essential for advising potential clients on franchise models and opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, enabling efficient client management and sales tracking processes.
  • Experience with Salesforce for managing interactions and ensuring effective communication with leads and clients.
  • Capable in lead generation techniques to identify and cultivate new client relationships within the franchise industry.
  • Ability in sales process development to create structured approaches increasing efficiency and client conversion rates.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills crucial for maintaining enduring client connections and satisfaction.
  • Effective negotiation skills to close deals and secure favorable terms beneficial to both the client and our company.
