Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Customer Service Manager. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing customer service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer support teams, and addressing customer inquiries and issues. The role includes analyzing customer service metrics, developing strategies to improve customer experiences, and collaborating with other departments to align customer service policies with company goals.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support skills
- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in data analysis
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Experience in the software or technology industry is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
