Job Overview:

The Client Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing initiatives for client accounts. This role requires a blend of client relationship management, campaign execution, and analytical skills to ensure that our clientsâ marketing objectives are met effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing communications and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and email, to meet client objectives
  • Content Coordination: Collaborate with content creators, designers, and external partners to ensure campaign materials align with the client's brand and marketing strategy
  • Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing clients with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Budget Management: Monitor campaign budgets to ensure efficient use of resources while achieving target ROI
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform campaign strategies
  • Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver regular performance presentations and updates to clients, showcasing results and opportunities for growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in an agency or client-facing role
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and SEO
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and CRM software
