Role Overview
As a Client Servicing Executive, you will act as the key link between the client and the internal execution teams. You'll manage influencer campaigns end-to-end — from understanding client briefs, scouting and shortlisting influencers, coordinating content, to delivering measurable results and driving client satisfaction.
This is a target-based role with clear KPIs around campaign delivery, client retention, upselling, and cross-selling Fame Keeda's suite of influencer and digital solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign & Client Management
- Understand client briefs and objectives; translate them into actionable campaign plans.
- Maintain day-to-day client communication, ensuring timely updates, reports, and campaign delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Influencer Relations, Creative, Strategy, and Finance) to execute campaigns smoothly.
- Manage client expectations and ensure 100% adherence to timelines and deliverables.
Influencer Operations
- Identify, evaluate, and shortlist relevant influencers across YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Prepare influencer lists and rate negotiations in line with client budgets.
- Coordinate content creation, approval, and submission schedules.
- Track influencer deliverables and ensure final assets meet brand guidelines.
Strategy & Growth
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare post-campaign reports.
- Suggest strategic improvements and creative ideas to enhance performance.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Fame Keeda services — ORM, Paid Media, and Creative Production.
- Support senior managers in building long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- 1 – 2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing (agency experience mandatory).
- Hands-on understanding of influencer ecosystems across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong understanding of brand briefs, content strategy, and campaign analytics.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting tools.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments.
- Self-driven, accountable, and target-oriented mindset.
