Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive/Manager
IMMIDIATE JOINER
to manage and grow relationships with our pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare communications, a strong understanding of medical marketing, and a client-first attitude. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth delivery of campaigns, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Management

  2. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned pharma and healthcare clients.

  3. Build strong, long-term relationships through trust and consistent delivery.

  4. Understand client business objectives, brand strategy, and therapeutic areas.

  5. Campaign Management

  6. Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, events, etc.).

  7. Prepare and present proposals, campaign briefs, and reports.

  8. Track deliverables, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with internal teams.

  9. Cross-functional Coordination

  10. Work closely with medical writers, creative teams, digital marketers, and production to ensure quality and compliance.

  11. Ensure content and communication adhere to regulatory and medical guidelines.

  12. Strategy & Insights

  13. Ideate and Provide strategic inputs based on market research, industry trends, and client goals.

  14. Documentation & Compliance

  15. Maintain up-to-date documentation for all projects.

  16. Ensure all promotional materials are MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) approved.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in client servicing/account management, preferably in pharma or healthcare marketing.
  • Understanding of healthcare/pharma regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to understand scientific/medical content and relay it effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in a healthcare communication agency.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to read and interpret clinical data or research.
