About the role:

As a Manager – Client Servicing at Onboard Ideas & Innovation, you'll be the key link between clients and internal teams—translating brand objectives into impactful event and MICE experiences. You'll manage client relationships, drive strategy, and oversee seamless execution while ensuring every project reflects creativity, precision, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
  • Understand client objectives and design unique, innovative concepts and event experiences tailored to their brand and goals.
  • Collaborate with creative, design, and production teams to develop proposals and presentations.
  • Manage end-to-end project planning, budgeting, and execution, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships through consistent engagement and high service quality.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth through upselling and cross-selling.Prepare event reports, feedback summaries, and post-event analyses.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, formats, and emerging experiential ideas.

Requirements:

  • 5–6 years of experience in Client Servicing / Account Management within Event Management, MICE.
  • Proven ability to conceptualize and present creative event ideas aligned with client objectives.
  • Strong understanding of event planning, production, and logistics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
