About the Position

The Senior Talent Acquisition Executive will focus on identifying, attracting, and engaging candidates for critical positions with the assigned client organization. This role typically involves a combination of sourcing, candidate engagement, and relationship management with clients. Deliverables of this Role

  1. Talent Sourcing:

  2. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract candidates.

  3. Utilize various channels such as Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, job boards, networking events, and industry-specific platforms to find potential candidates.
  4. Leverage advanced search techniques, including Boolean search, to identify passive candidates.
  5. Do hot Job postings
  6. Resume screening
  7. Fit Resumes to open positions

  8. Candidate Engagement:

  9. Initiate contact with candidates and build relationships to understand their career aspirations and suitability for current or future roles.

  10. Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.

  11. Pipeline Development:

  12. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

  13. Keep the talent pool engaged and informed about new opportunities and developments within the organization.

  14. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

  15. Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics.

  16. Provide insights and recommendations on candidate profiles and sourcing strategies.

  17. Market Research:

  18. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity.

  19. Provide data-driven insights to support recruitment strategies and decision-making.

  20. Reporting and Analytics:

  21. Track and report on key sourcing metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.

  22. Analyse sourcing effectiveness and make adjustments to improve outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications

  1. Experience:

  2. 3-6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a strong focus on sourcing.

  3. Experience in Multiple Industry segments will be preferred.

  4. Technical Skills:

  5. Hands on sourcing skills

  6. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools.
  7. Advanced knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and
  8. data mining.

  9. Interpersonal Skills:

  10. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  11. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to attract top talent.

  12. Analytical Skills:

  13. Ability to analyse data and metrics to optimize sourcing strategies.

  14. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  15. Adaptability:

  16. Flexibility to adapt to changing hiring priorities and market conditions.

  17. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and projects simultaneously.

  18. Educational Background:

  19. A bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is often preferred.
