Role Overview

We are seeking
dynamic Sales Executives (Junior & Senior)
who are
passionate, driven, and well-organized
. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of
sales prospecting, client engagement, and business development
within the
architecture, construction, and interior design sectors
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth through
    new client acquisition
    and
    relationship management
    .
  • Identify, engage, and convert prospective clients in
    Odisha and beyond
    .
  • Meet and exceed individual and team
    sales targets
    .
  • Build and maintain long-term client partnerships.
  • Report on
    sales performance metrics
    to refine strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Junior Executive:
    1–3 years of sales experience.
  • Senior Executive:
    3–6 years of proven sales experience.
  • Preferably from
    architecture / construction / interior design / building materials / real estate
    industries.
  • Strong
    communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    .
  • Willingness to
    travel across Odisha
    for client meetings and field sales.
