As a Sales Executive (Channel Sales) at Aarya Harsh Food Products Pvt Limited, you will be responsible for driving sales and distribution of food products in Brahmapur & industrial odisha. Your role will involve achieving sales targets, maintaining relationships with distributors and retailers, expanding the distribution network, monitoring market trends, executing promotional activities, and providing regular reports to management. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling food products through channel partners. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers. - Expand the distribution network and ensure product availability in the market. - Monitor sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends. - Execute promotional activities and ensure visibility of products at retail outlets. - Handle order processing, collections, and ensure timely delivery of products. - Provide regular reports on sales activities and market feedback to management. Qualification Required: - Minimum qualification: 12th Pass. - Minimum 2 years of experience in channel sales (food products industry only). In this role, you must have in-depth knowledge of channel sales in the food products industry, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and meet targets, as well as good problem-solving and time-management skills.,
