Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive (Real Estate), located in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as identifying and contacting prospective clients, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, preparing sales contracts, and maintaining client relationships. The role involves promoting properties, understanding client needs, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of real estate market and local area
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented with the ability to build strong client relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus
