Company Description

PhysicsWallah (PW), an Education company, was founded in 2020 by Alakh Pandey and Prateek Maheshwari. Headquartered in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, PW aims to democratize education through online, offline, and hybrid platforms. PW offers education to students through YouTube channels in multiple vernacular languages and is establishing tech-enabled offline and hybrid centers nationwide. PW spans various educational segments, including test preparation, skilling verticals, higher education, and study abroad. They also have an Institute of Innovation (IOI) providing residential job-ready programs and have raised funding from Hornbill Capital, Lightspeed Ventures, Westbridge, and GSV Ventures.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive based in Bhubaneswar. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks will include conducting market research, identifying potential clients, making cold calls and visits, delivering product presentations, and negotiating sales deals. Additionally, the role requires maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions while coordinating with the sales team and other departments to achieve business goals.

  • Strong Sales and Negotiation skills
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct Market Research and identify potential clients
  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management
  • Ability to meet Sales Targets and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in using sales-related software and tools
  • Availability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Relevant experience in the education sector is a plus
