As a Sales and Marketing Executive for agriculture products, you will play a crucial role in leading marketing initiatives and driving sales growth. Your primary focus will be on implementing both B2B and B2C strategies to enhance brand visibility and increase market share in the agricultural industry. - Developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns - Driving product sales - Establishing and nurturing client relationships - Meeting sales targets - Analyzing market trends and positioning products competitively - Managing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention - Collaborating with internal departments to align marketing and sales efforts To qualify for this position, you should hold a Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, or a related field and have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the agriculture industry. Strong digital marketing skills, excellent communication abilities, and effective leadership qualities are essential for this role. Preferred skills for this position include: - Deep understanding of the agriculture ecosystem and customer segments - Experience working with farmers, cooperatives, and agri-distributors - Proficiency in sales forecasting and campaign reporting This is a full-time, in-person role with the potential for internship opportunities. The compensation package includes a performance bonus, and the schedule will follow a fixed shift. Fluency in English is preferred for this position, and the work location will be on-site.,
