Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Executive located in Bhubaneswar. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing market plans, conducting market research, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives. Daily tasks include identifying customer needs, analyzing market trends, creating marketing strategies, and collaborating with the sales team to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Market Planning and conducting Market Research
  • Strong Communication and Sales skills
  • Proficiency in Marketing strategies and tactics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
