About the Role

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and result-driven
Digital Marketing Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase engagement and followers.
  • Plan and execute SEO/SEM strategies to improve website traffic and rankings.
  • Run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and monitor ROI.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and prepare regular reports.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
