Job Description

Building a successful advertising campaign takes careful planning, development, and a strong social media strategist who can reach the target demographic. Hotel The Divan is seeking a skilled social media strategist to help us build budget-friendly ad campaigns that capture prospects attention and engage existing customers. They will analyze survey metrics, web page visits, to build target customer profiles, then create optimized ad campaigns. Theyll also lead and manage marketing projects, primarily planning and executing.

Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and publish original and high-quality content across various social media platforms
  • Manage all company social media accounts to ensure relevant, up-to-date content
  • Respond directly to comments and questions on social media posts
  • Cooperate with the marketing team to grow the company's network and target new followers

Skills and qualifications

  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred qualifications

  • A bachelor's (or equivalent) degree in marketing or a related field
  • Hands-on experience using social media to build brand awareness
  • Experience with graphic design, photo editing, and publishing
  • Ability to identify target audiences' preferences and produce tailored content
