Key Responsibilities:

  • Corporate & Store Management Hiring:
  • • Lead end-to-end hiring for roles such as showroom managers, assistant managers, cluster heads, and corporate office functions (HR, Accounts, IT, Marketing).
  • • Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements and skill sets.
  • • Develop job descriptions, screening protocols, and selection criteria.
  • Sourcing & Employer Branding:
  • • Manage sourcing through job portals, social media, consultancies, and employee referrals.
  • • Strengthen employer brand to attract top talent, particularly for retail and managerial roles.
  • Recruitment Operations:
  • • Ensure a smooth and structured hiring process with adherence to TAT (Turnaround Time).
  • • Maintain recruitment trackers and generate reports for leadership.
  • Onboarding & Coordination:
  • • Coordinate interview panels, offer rollouts, and onboarding documentation.
  • • Ensure pre-joining engagement and smooth joining experience for new hires.

Key Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of corporate and retail recruitment dynamics
  • Hands-on with sourcing tools and recruitment software (ATS)
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver to timelines
  • Understanding of local hiring markets across regions in India

Experience Required:

510 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3–5 years handling recruitment for both corporate and store-level management roles.
