Job Purpose
The Senior Manager - HR is responsible for managing the recruitment and onboarding
processes while collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet workforce requirements.
The role focuses on enhancing employer branding, ensuring smooth talent acquisition,
and maintaining a robust talent pipeline.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements,
expectations, and timelines.
Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to address current and future hiring
needs.
Onboarding and Transition Management

Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
Facilitate orientation programs to familiarize new employees with company culture,
policies, and processes.
Employer Branding

Enhance the organizations employer branding initiatives to attract and retain high-
quality candidates.

marketing efforts.
Offer Management and Compensation Negotiation

Negotiate job offers, ensuring that compensation packages are competitive and
aligned with industry standards.

Maintain sustainable compensation practices to support organizational goals and

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to align talent acquisition
