About the Role

Lead on-ground execution of Emphoria's residential/commercial projects from construction progress to statutory approvals and final customer handover. This is a
hands-on delivery role
focused on timely project completion, authority clearances (OC/CC), vendor coordination, and customer-ready possession.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end site execution: daily progress tracking, contractor/vendor management, milestone monitoring, and issue resolution.
  • Obtain all statutory approvals (BDA/BMC, Fire NOC, Airport Authority, Pollution Control, Lift, Water/Sewerage, Electrical, Environmental, etc.) within defined timelines.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, and internal teams to release and implement GFC drawings and resolve technical queries.
  • Align with Sales/CRM to ensure RERA-compliant deliverables, show-flat readiness, and seamless customer possession.
  • Oversee vendor performance, RA bill verification, cash-flow alignment, and documentation for audit and RERA compliance.
  • Manage snag lists, quality closure, and post-handover support.

Candidate Profile

  • 8–12 years' experience in
    real estate project execution
    , statutory approvals, and authority liaison.
  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, local regulations, and contractor/vendor management.
  • Excellent coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills; willing to be on-site daily.
