Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, technically strong, and detail-oriented
Project Manager
to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of real estate projects. The ideal candidate must not only manage people and timelines but also have a solid technical background in civil engineering and proficiency in advanced Excel for project tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of real estate projects from planning to handover.
  • Review and interpret structural drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
  • Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Supervise contractors, vendors, and on-site teams for smooth execution.
  • Use
    Advanced Excel
    (Pivot tables, Lookups, MIS reports, dashboards, data analysis) for project monitoring and reporting.
  • Prepare and review progress reports, billing verification, and compliance documents.
  • Identify risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective measures.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain close coordination with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management (preferred).
  • 5–10 years of experience
    in building construction and finishing projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
  • Proficiency in
    Advanced Excel
    and project management tools (MS Project/Primavera preferred).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
