Role Description
This is a full-time Customer Relationship Manager role, located on-site in Bhubaneswar. The role involves managing client relationships, addressing client queries, meeting potential clients, and understanding their real estate needs. Daily tasks include coordinating with the sales team, keeping clients updated on new properties, and ensuring a seamless and satisfactory client experience. The role also requires good communication and problem-solving skills to effectively handle client issues.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management, Client Queries Management, and Real Estate Client Needs Management skills
- Sales Team Coordination and Client Update Management skills
- Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, and Organizational skills
- Knowledge of the local real estate market in Bhubaneswar is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Real Estate, or related field
- Ability to work independently and on-site in a client-facing role
