Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Representative role, based in Bhubaneswar. The responsibilities include identifying potential clients, representing the company in real estate transactions, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the buying or selling process. The role also involves understanding client needs, marketing real estate properties, and negotiating agreements to achieve successful outcomes. Maintaining current knowledge of market trends and real estate regulations will be essential.
Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge in Real Estate, Real Property, and holding a valid Real Estate License
- Proven skills in Sales and the ability to negotiate and close transactions
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in understanding and keeping up-to-date with real estate market trends and regulations
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team
- Prior experience in real estate sales or a similar field is an advantage
