We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive business growth and help expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities


• Generate new leads through cold calling, field visits, social media, and networking.


• Promote and sell Techzex Software services (websites, software, mobile apps, CRM, digital marketing).


• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs.


• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.


• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project delivery.


• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitors.


• Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales reports.


• Represent the company in client meetings, events, and exhibitions when required.

Requirements


• Qualification: Any Graduate (MBA/Marketing background preferred, but not mandatory).


• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Odia.


• Passion for sales, marketing, and customer handling.


• Ability to achieve sales targets within deadlines.


• Knowledge of IT / Digital Marketing services is an added advantage.


• Freshers with good communication and convincing skills are welcome.

• Fixed Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on skills & experience).
