Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective
    sales and marketing strategies
    to promote real estate plotting projects.
  • Handle client inquiries, conduct site visits, and close property sales.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Conduct
    market research
    to analyze competitors, pricing trends, and customer demands.
  • Train and guide sales executives to achieve team targets.

Key Skills Required

  • Proven experience in
    real estate sales & marketing
    (minimum 2–5 years preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Knowledge of Bhubaneswar's
    real estate market trends
    is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience in
    real estate, construction, or property sales
    preferred.
