Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the marketing and branding activities for our residential real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in strategic planning, campaign execution, and brand positioning within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote residential projects.
  • Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
  • Coordinate with advertising agencies, creative teams, and vendors for promotional materials and brand visibility.
  • Manage social media, website content, and digital marketing performance (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, etc.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Organize events, site visits, and customer engagement activities to drive sales.
  • Prepare marketing budgets and track ROI for all campaigns.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Develop brand-building initiatives to enhance project awareness .

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in real estate marketing (residential projects preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation techniques.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
