Role Description
We are hiring a
Social Media Manager (Mid-Level, 2–4 years of experience)
to join our on-site office. This role involves owning and growing our company's digital presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and other platforms relevant to design and technology. You will be responsible for developing social media strategies, analyzing trends, experimenting with content formats, and guiding our content team to produce engaging and differentiated work.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to grow followers, engagement, reach, and impressions.
- Analyze trends, competitor activities, and audience insights using analytics tools, and translate them into actionable content directions.
- Partner with the design and content teams to create posts, campaigns, and stories aligned with our brand voice.
- Plan a consistent posting schedule and manage day-to-day social media activity.
- Experiment with formats like reels, carousels, live sessions, polls, and collaborations to maximize engagement.
- Establish benchmarks for growth and track performance against KPIs (monthly/quarterly reporting).
- Review and showcase your impact during interviews and quarterly evaluations with proof of growth.
- Ensure company's social media presence stands out uniquely among technology and design companies, not just by volume but by creative differentiation.
Qualifications
- 1–4 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong track record in growing company or brand pages with measurable results (please bring data/examples).
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar.
- Strong understanding of digital content formats, hashtags, SEO for social, and growth strategies.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
- Ability to identify viral trends and adapt them in a way that fits the brand identity.
- Prior experience working in a design, technology, or creative company is a plus.
Preferred Background
- If you have experience creating or posting content directly on social media (copy, visuals, reels, carousels, etc.), it's a strong plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Notion-based planners.
- Basic design knowledge (Canva, Figma, or Photoshop) to assist in quick content creation.
- Familiarity with influencer or collaboration strategies to extend reach.
