Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Performance Marketer based in Bhubaneswar. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning and executing performance-based marketing campaigns, managing digital marketing channels, analyzing campaign performance, optimizing campaigns to meet KPIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Digital Marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other performance marketing platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
