Position: Talent Acquisition Intern

Location: Bhubaneshwar in Office at Mancheshwar Industrial Estate

Duration: 6 Months

About the Company: HUMANCONTEXT is a 7 Year young DIPP certified start up in Human Capital consulting and a leading provider of comprehensive human resources solutions, offering a wide range of services including talent acquisition, learning & development, leadership development and HR transformation and OD services. With a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, we strive to empower organizations of all sizes to effectively manage their human capital and achieve their business objectives. We started in 2017 in Bangalore and have a pan India foot print and our regional offices in Bhubaneshwar.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Sourcing and Recruiting Skill Sets
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
  • Calling candidates
  • Travel on project work
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to support project objectives.
  • Compile and analyse data related to HR metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Support the HR team in various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and maintaining records.
  • Assist with the creation of training materials and presentations for employee development programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
  • Participate in meetings and discussions to provide input and contribute ideas to project planning and execution.
  • Complete assigned tasks and deliverables within established timelines and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Pass out in 2024 or earlier batches either in BBA / MBA. Earlier batches can also apply
  • Strong interest in Recruitment and HR Ares and a desire to gain practical experience in the field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Prior experience in HR or related field is a plus but not required.
