We are looking for a dynamic
Inside Sales Manager
to drive business growth and manage a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate should have
strong team handling experience
, a proven track record in achieving sales targets, and
excellent communication skills
.
Location: Chennai – Chetpet
Working Days: 5 days a week + 2 Saturdays per month
CTC: Up to 12 LPA (based on candidate's experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of inside sales executives to achieve business goals.
- Drive lead generation, qualification, and nurturing activities.
- Set clear sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure consistent achievement.
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication and follow-ups.
- Work closely with the business development and marketing teams to align strategies.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Inside Sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead role.
- Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
(mandatory). - Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver under deadlines.
