Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented inside sales professional to join our growing team In this role, you will be responsible for both nurturing existing client relationships and driving new business growth. You will play a vital role in ensuring client success while strategically expanding our market reach. Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring high satisfaction through proactive support and training.
  • Monitor client engagement to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and increasing product adoption.
  • Resolve client issues promptly while gathering and sharing feedback to improve products and services.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, and social selling strategies.
  • Deliver product demos, manage the sales pipeline, and negotiate deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications:

  • Fresher with a minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, client success, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and client management capabilities.
  • Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical concepts.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
