Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Account Manager located in Gurugram. The Regional Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining customer service standards, and generating leads. Daily tasks include developing and nurturing customer relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and providing excellent communication to understand and meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- Account Management and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Customer Service and Lead Generation skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships effectively
- Experience in Security sales or Manages Security sales is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field
Must have :
- Direct sales experience of at least 5 years
- Managed account independently in large and mid enterprise accounts
- Have good and validated contacts in securoity teams of end customers
- Can understand security requirement of the customer in Application, Data, Network , Cloud and Identity Security and accordingly present the solution
- Have closely worked with security solution OEM
