Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for an Operations Executive located in the Mohali district. The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functionality of the gym and maintaining high standards of service quality. The role also involves monitoring and handling customer inquiries to enhance the overall member experience.

  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
  • Analytical skills to monitor and evaluate operational performance
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Experience in the fitness industry is beneficial
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
