Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Franchise Operations Executive to support

the day-to-day backend operations of our franchise network. The role involves managing

documentation, maintaining trackers, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth

communication between internal teams and franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities


• Coordinate and manage franchise agreements, files, and related documentation.


• Maintain and regularly update project trackers, directories, and operational records

(e.g., Minutes of Meeting, reports).


• Prepare documents, presentations, and spreadsheets for internal purposes and

franchise requirements.


• Handle professional communication via email and ensure timely correspondence for

franchise operations.


• Support franchise development and operations team in coordination tasks to ensure

smooth processes.

Required Skills & Experience


• Graduate in any discipline.


• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).


• Strong command of English (written and verbal).


• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.


• Effective communication and coordination abilities.


• 1–2 years of experience in backend operations, administration, or coordination roles.
