Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (B2B) to expand our derma and cosmetic product range through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new franchise and distribution partners (B2B).
- Build strong relationships with dermatologists, cosmetologists, and stockists.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Promote company products to expand market reach.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, or Business (preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in pharma or derma B2B sales/business development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for business meetings.
