Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (B2B) to expand our derma and cosmetic product range through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new franchise and distribution partners (B2B).
  • Build strong relationships with dermatologists, cosmetologists, and stockists.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Promote company products to expand market reach.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, or Business (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in pharma or derma B2B sales/business development.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel for business meetings.
