Job Summary

The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth functioning of office activities, and providing support to various departments. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities1. Office Management

  • Maintain overall office cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory; place orders as required.
  • Oversee maintenance of office equipment, IT support coordination, and service providers.
  • Handle office utility bills, repair work, and AMC follow-ups.

2. Administrative Support

  • Assist management and staff with routine administrative tasks.
  • Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
  • Maintain files, records, and databases (physical & digital).
  • Manage incoming & outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, calls).

3. Front Desk & Visitor Handling

  • Receive and greet visitors, clients, and vendors.
  • Handle phone calls professionally and direct them to appropriate staff.
  • Maintain visitor records and ensure proper meeting arrangements.

4. Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate internal meetings, schedules, and office events.
  • Assist in arranging travel bookings, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and external agencies.

5. HR & Compliance Assistance (If required)

  • Support in recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and basic HR documentation.
  • Assist with onboarding formalities and employee communication.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration/Commerce).
  • Proven experience in office administration or similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
