**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Maintain and update company records, documents, and databases.
- Assist in HR-related tasks, including employee onboarding and attendance tracking.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external service providers.
- Support event planning and execution with administrative tasks.
- Process invoices, expenses, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
**Requirements & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in the event management industry is a plus.
