- **Data Entry**:Inputting and updating data accurately in databases or other systems.
- **Correspondence**:Drafting letters, memos, and other written communications.
- **Travel Arrangements**:Coordinating travel plans and accommodations for team members or executives
- **Supplies Management**:Ordering and managing office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- **Reception**: Welcoming visitors, handling inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- **Filing**: Organizing and maintaining physical and digital filing systems.
- **Event Coordination**: Assisting in the planning and coordination of company events or meetings.
- **Problem-Solving**:Addressing day-to-day issues and finding solutions to ensure smooth operations.
- **Collaboration**: Working with various departments to support overall organizational goals.
- **Confidentiality**: Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
- **Technology Proficiency**: Utilizing office software and equipment for efficient administrative tasks.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
