About the Role:

We're looking for a proactive and energetic Event Marketing professional to plan, execute, and drive the success of high-impact B2B events. You will be responsible for ensuring events generate leads, contribute to sales pipeline growth, and enhance brand visibility, collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams.

Who You Are:

  • 2–4 years of experience in
    B2B event management & marketing for SaaS company/background
    . Agency experience working with B2B clients can also be considered.
  • Exposure to planning and executing events such as webinars, roundtables, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
  • Experience in digital event marketing & promotions (email, social, paid media campaigns).
  • Data-driven mindset with basic event analytics, reporting, and pipeline tracking.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel for on-ground event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute B2B marketing events, including virtual and on-ground formats.
  • Manage end-to-end event lifecycle: planning, logistics, branding, execution, and post-event reporting.
  • Assist in developing event marketing strategies to drive registrations, engagement, and leads.
  • Support sales and marketing teams in nurturing event-generated leads into opportunities.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, agencies, and partners for seamless event execution.
  • Leverage email, social media, and digital campaigns to promote events and maximize reach.
  • Track basic event metrics, ROI, and attendee engagement to improve future events.
  • Manage event budgets and optimize costs while ensuring quality execution.
