Based in Mumbai, the Events, Marketing & Admin Assistant will support the planning and execution of APREA's events, publications, and marketing campaigns, as well as provide administrative support for the APREA Chapter Leader in India.

Responsibilities:

India Chapter (40%)

  • Provide administrative support to the India Chapter Leader on preparation and execution of chapter events and meetings, including tracking registrations and actual attendance

  • Support design and deliver high-quality member networking events

  • Assist in the dealings and correspondences with members and partners

  • Provide administrative support to other local and global stakeholders

  • Work with HQ in maintaining and updating contact lists and database covering members, prospects, and contacts in India, including adding new entries

  • Support India Chapter Leader on preparation of membership sales contracts and renewals

  • Following up with members on any outstanding payments for the membership

  • Other ad hoc administrative tasks

Events & Marketing (50%)

  • Support the development of event promotional materials and invitations, include EDMs

  • Assist in researching and selecting suitable venues for events

  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers for event services

  • Coordinate the scheduling of dry runs for panel sessions

  • Facilitate dry runs when necessary

  • Assist in sending pre-event reminders to delegates and speakers

  • Provide onsite assistance including set-up and registration, as required

  • Collate post-event photos and select images to be posted on LinkedIn

  • Draft post-event content for social media

  • Assist in preparing post-event report (including attendee list, demographics, consolidated feedback, etc)

  • Maintain an organized archive of event photos, videos, and other digital assets

  • Update and maintain a database of speakers

  • Provide general support for events as needed

Thought Leadership Publications (5%)

  • Help manage the editorial calendar and ensure timely release of APREA's publications

  • Liaise with quoted speakers/authors and secure approvals for publications including APREA TrendWatch, Knowledge Brief, and conference takeaways

  • Provide general assistance for publications as needed

General Tasks (5%)

  • Assist in developing marketing materials, including info packs, event brochures, presentation decks, etc.

  • Assist in creating member engagement reports as requested by chapter leaders

  • Provide general assistance for marketing campaigns
