Location - Andheri (E) Saki Naka

Time - 11AM to 7PM

About the Role:**

Looking for a dynamic Event Management Intern to work closely with me on a live project. If you're someone who thrives on multitasking, loves fast-paced work, and enjoys bringing ideas to life through seamless execution thenthis one's for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in planning and executing event activities from start to finish
  • Handle vendor coordination and negotiations
  • Manage and update Excel sheets, presentations, and documentation efficiently
  • Be the go-to person for day-to-day execution and coordination
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure things run smoothly
  • Contribute creative ideas to elevate event experiences

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
  • Fast and efficient with Excel, PowerPoint/Google Slides, and documentation
  • Ability to think on your feet and handle things with a calm head
  • Someone who enjoys being hands-on and making things happen
