Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager, located in Mumbai. The Senior Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of luxury events and destination weddings. Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, developing creative event concepts, supervising teams, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves budget management, timeline adherence, and seamless communication to ensure the highest quality of service. The Senior Manager will drive innovation, uphold company standards, and deliver exceptional client experiences while adhering to tight deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years Experience in an Event Company
  • Event Management, Project Coordination, and Planning Skills
  • Leadership, Team Supervision, and Client Relationship Management
  • Vendor Liaison, Budget Management, and Resource Allocation
  • Creativity, Attention to Detail, and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Excellent Communication, Organizational, and Time-Management Skills
  • Proficiency in Event Planning Software and Tools
