Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Market Researcher to join our team, focusing on the agricultural sector in Tamil Nadu. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth research on tractor attachments used in the state, gathering data from farmers and local suppliers, and providing valuable insights to our clients. This role requires frequent travel across Tamil Nadu to meet with stakeholders and collect relevant information.
Main Responsibilities:

Conduct primary and secondary research to gather data on tractor attachments used in the agricultural sector in Tamil Nadu.
Travel extensively to various locations within Tamil Nadu to meet with farmers, agricultural equipment suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders.
Utilize a variety of research methods, including interviews, surveys, and field observations, to collect accurate and reliable data.
Analyze collected data to identify trends, market demands, and opportunities for growth in the agricultural equipment sector.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing research findings, insights, and recommendations for clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies and solutions based on research insights to support client objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide timely and relevant information to clients.
Maintain accurate records of research activities, including data collection methods, findings, and contacts.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience in market research, preferably in the agricultural sector.
Strong understanding of agricultural equipment and machinery, particularly tractor attachments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with farmers and suppliers.
Proficiency in Tamil and English languages, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Flexibility to travel extensively within Tamil Nadu as required.

Benefits
Compensation Package: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month.
Traveling and food expenses will be provided by the company.
The position is not target-based, allowing for focus on thorough research and analysis.
