Requirements
  • Seeking a Certinia Developer to support a Travel & Expense Go-to-Market (GTM) initiative.
  • ​The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Certinia and Salesforce, and the ability to configure workflows supporting expense management processes.
  • Configure, customize, and implement Certinia (FinancialForce) modules for Travel & Expense
  • Support and enhance Certinia functionality within the Salesforce platform
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to refine GTM processes related to expense management
  • Assist with user acceptance testing, documentation, and user enablement activities
  • Contribute to Certinia-Concur integration efforts (nice to have)
  • Provide additional support for Salesforce CPQ and Service Cloud as needed
  • Hands-on experience with Certinia (FinancialForce) configuration and development
  • Proficient in Salesforce platform configuration, data models, and workflow automation
  • Familiarity with Certinia-Concur integration (preferred)
  • Working knowledge of CPQ tools and processes
