Requirements
  • 10 years of experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade solutions.
  • 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud, Omnistudio, and core modules: EPC, CPQ, ESM, CLM, and Digital Commerce.
  • Experienced Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in Energy & Utilities Cloud (E&U) and Omnistudio, including hands-on knowledge of key modules such as Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), Configure Price Quote (CPQ), Energy & Service Management (ESM), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and Digital Commerce.
  • Lead the end-to-end architectural design of industry-specific Salesforce solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and compliant with both business and regulatory standards.
  • Architect comprehensive Salesforce solutions for Energy & Utilities Cloud and/or Communications Cloud, leveraging Omnistudio and modules like EPC, CPQ, ESM, CLM, and Digital Commerce.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to transform high-level requirements into detailed, scalable architectures.
  • Design robust solutions, including data models, process automation, Omnistudio configurations, and integrations—ensuring seamless integration of key modules.
  • Evaluate, select, and recommend Salesforce capabilities that align with industry-specific requirements and business goals.
  • Define and enforce architectural best practices, governance standards, and development guidelines across Omnistudio and all related modules.
  • Provide technical leadership and oversight to development teams, ensuring architectural integrity and adherence to best practices, especially for module integration.
  • Continuously assess new Salesforce and Omnistudio features to improve architecture and maintain platform alignment with evolving business needs.
  • Lead technical workshops, feasibility assessments, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
  • Ensure full compliance with security, data privacy, and industry regulations throughout all solution designs and implementations.
  • Proven success in full-cycle E&U implementations is essential.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Omnistudio development.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, platform security, and compliance standards relevant to the E&U domain.
  • Experience architecting solutions involving complex integrations, data migrations, and process automation.
  • Solid grasp of modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployment tooling.
Certifications (Highly Preferred):
  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (SCTA) or equivalent
  • Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) Architect certifications
  • E&U / Communications Cloud Accredited Professional
  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (beneficial but not mandatory)
