Requirements
  • 10–15 years of experience in Enterprise Application Development, with a minimum of 7+ years in eCommerce
  • At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC B2C / Demandware)
  • Strong proficiency in PWA frameworks, especially (knowledge of Redux, Context API, and Chakra UI is a plus)
  • In-depth understanding of headless commerce, API-first architecture, and microservices, aligned with MACH principles
  • Hands-on experience in both front-end (React, ExpressJS, ) and backend integration patterns
  • Extensive experience with third-party integrations such as payment gateways, OMS, ERP, CRM, and loyalty systems
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps best practices
  • Knowledge of eCommerce performance optimization, SEO, and accessibility best practices
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage and engage with multiple stakeholders
  • Salesforce certifications such as SFCC Architect, B2C Commerce Developer, or B2C Solution Architect are highly preferred
Nice to Have:
  • Experience integrating with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
  • Familiarity with multi-region, multi-language, and multi-brand eCommerce rollouts
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
