Requirements
  • 5–8 years of proven experience in hands-on Salesforce development across diverse projects.
  • Minimum of 1 year in a senior developer or technical lead role, demonstrating team guidance.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Triggers, and Process Builder.
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
  • Hands-on expertise with deployment and release management tools such as Gearset, Copado, or comparable solutions.
  • Thorough understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security best practices, and governor limit constraints.
  • Practical experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks, contributing to sprints, stand-ups.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is a mandatory requirement.
  • Additional certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or Integration Architect are highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts, solve problems, and lead effectively.
